My ambition is to make a difference in the world through learning and performance improvement opportunities.
I earned a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Franklin University studying the effectiveness of escape rooms to deliver leadership training.
In 2013, I earned my Master’s in Instructional Design and Performance Technology. Since 2008, my experience has included facilitation, coaching, design, development, performance improvement, and process improvement.

Learn and Live is an online blog and portfolio to share creative products and musings with you. I have a wide range of interests and explore in many directions. My hope is that what I learn in the process will be helpful to you.
My future aspirations are to teach at the collegiate level, to design and build interactive, immersive learning experiences, and to continue researching effective performance improvement interventions.
